How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours and shipped from Spain.
The approximate deadlines are:

• Spain and Europe: 2 – 5 business days.
• International: 5 – 10 business days.
  You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopbylune.com with your order number.
Once submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most EU countries and outside of Europe.
Please note that local taxes or fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is unused , in perfect condition , and in its original packaging .

How do I request a refund?
Open your order confirmation email, click “View your order,” and then select “Request a return.”

Who bears the return costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a service with a tracking number to ensure proper receipt of your package.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 7 business days , using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
