Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Please note that during high-demand periods (sales, promotions, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Costs

Europe: Automatically calculated based on destination and order weight

International: Automatically calculated based on destination and order weight
Any possible import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
5. Undelivered or Refused Orders
If an order is returned to the sender because it was not collected at the carrier’s office within the indicated period, due to repeated absence at the delivery address, or refusal of delivery, the order amount will not be refunded.
In these cases, the customer may choose one of the following options:

Reshipment of the order (after paying the new shipping and handling costs, according to the current rate).

Store credit for the value of the products, excluding initial shipping costs and return fees charged by the carrier.
